Waiting in line for that popular restaurant
After careful selection for a hearty meat feast, we settled on the famous Truth in Houston. 👀👀 👣For the dinner service starting at 5 PM, it’s recommended to arrive around 4:30 PM to line up—not just because there will be a long queue, but also because parking spots will be gone quickly. 💕💕 Since we were a large group, we split up: I went to wait in line first while the driver looked for parking. In the end, it took a total of 50 minutes from the moment we started queuing to finally getting to eat the BBQ. 🍚🍚 🍎Unfortunately, by the time we got to the front, the pork chops were already sold out The menu is in . If you’re dining alone, you can order a combo plate or a sandwich (the bahn mi looks really appealing!). 🍣🍣 🌴🌴As for the BBQ, there’s no need to say more—none of the dishes were a letdown. We couldn’t help exclaiming while eating, “How can it be this delicious?!” If it’s your first time here, a rough guideline is to order about half a pound of meat per person.🙉🙉 There are also many local beers and beverages to choose from here. The side dishes are absolutely fantastic—you can tell a lot of care went into making them. 🍐🎼 The brussel sprouts and potato salad are must-tries! ⚠️ 👉👈The portion sizes for sides are quite large; a single size is more than enough for 2-3 people, so don’t order too much! 📍 Truth BBQ 110 S Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77007 #Houston #HoustonFood #TexasFoodie #TexasFood #HoustonEats #TexasTravel #AmericanBBQ
