Washington | Zaytinya š„
DCās Popular Mediterranean Spot ā Perfect for Sharing & Smaller Appetites ⨠This trip confirmed just how rich DCās food scene isāand this restaurant came highly recommended, especially for sharing meals with family! We reserved a table for 6:15 PM a day in advance. By 6:30ā8 PM, the place was fully bookedāso glad my parents like to eat early! šØš©š§ I mentioned we had seniors in our group and asked for a well-lit, spacious tableāand they kindly accommodated us. š« Zaytinya specializes in Mezzeātraditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean small plates. We ordered 8 dishes for 4 peopleājust enough for lighter appetites. For bigger eaters, 9ā10 plates would be plenty. My personal favorites: š Grilled Octopus ā Tender and smoky š§ Hummus ā Creamy and flavorful š„¬ Roasted Brussels Sprouts ā Crispy and well-seasoned But honestly, every dish was satisfying! They also serve unlimited warm pita breadāperfect for dipping into all those delicious spreads and dips. š«š„ Weāll definitely be back on our next DC visit! š š Pro tip: Reserve aheadāwait times can be crazy!
