Washington food restruant recommendations

1️⃣ Jaleo (Spanish Cuisine - Reservations Recommended) Chose this place over Del Mar because it's said to be tastier. The sea salt sheep's milk Basque cake is amazing!!! The grilled mushrooms with hot spring egg and mashed potatoes also left a deep impression, incredibly creamy and fragrant! The salmon cone was average and a bit salty, the fried chicken with mashed potatoes was crispy, creamy, and had a milky fragrance. The squid rice has a unique flavor, and the veal steak is very tender and delicious~ 2️⃣ Creative Korean Cuisine - Reservations Recommended) The kimchi pork dumplings are plump and juicy! The grilled beef is soft and tender, and it's very fragrant with sesame oil. The seafood noodle soup base is highly praised! The noodles are the knife-shaved ones I like. The black sesame gelato is rich and creamy. Overall, the flavors are good but overpriced, and the rice wine everyone recommends is the same one you can buy in the supermarket for $7 but sold for $17 here (you know what I mean 🙃). 3️⃣ Un je ne sais Quoi... (French Pastry) The mille-feuille is delicious!! The buttery puff pastry is super crispy, and the vanilla pastry cream is not greasy at all. The canelés are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a fragrant honey flavor. The limited edition cherry blossom puff was a big disappointment, it's better to order the Paris breast, boo-hoo. #Jaleo by José Andrés#Anju # Un je ne sais Quoi ### name: Un je ne sais Quoi address1361 Connecticut Ave Nw East side of Connecticut Ave., NW, Washington DC type:restruant ###
