🍸 Watershed Distillery – American Dining in Columbus, OH

We visited during Restaurant Week — a $40 per person set menu that offered solid value! The ambiance is moody and intimate — perfect for a casual yet classy date night 💑. 🥔 What We Tried ❤️❤️❤️ Crispy Fingerling Potatoes Well-fried with a nice rosemary-lemon aroma 🌿🍋. A bit too cheesy though — felt like digging for potatoes in a pile of Parmesan 😅. Also on the greasy side. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Grilled Caesar Salad My first time having a Caesar made with purple cabbage! Topped with tons of cheese, but the house-made dressing was unique and tasty — not your typical ranch or vinaigrette. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Market Fish Perfectly cooked — reminded me of a fancy Filet-O-Fish 🐟! Only downside: the portion was pretty small. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Pork Tenderloin Seared crisp outside, tender and pink inside. Served with a special sauce, fava beans, and corn — delicious! ❤️❤️❤️ Coconut-Cherry Parfait Layers of coconut flakes, sweet yogurt, and cherry sauce — tasty but felt a bit simple for dessert. ❤️ Black Cow Cake A creative take on tiramisu — coffee-soaked cake with cola and chocolate mascarpone. Interesting idea, but the flavors didn’t quite come together. Couldn’t finish it. ❤️ Cola Made by a New York brand — had a strong herbal aftertaste 🍃.
