🌵 Weekend | 🌵 Joshua Tree Looks Stunning in These Shots
I've been eager to visit Joshua Tree for so long, and finally made it! With limited weekend time, we did a day trip. Next time, we'll definitely come back for camping. It took two and a half hours driving from LA, and there were quite a few cars on the weekend. We waited in line for a bit before entering. The entrance fee is $30 🎫. Once inside the national park, the journey was filled with beautiful scenery! So many Joshua Trees and adorable cacti, with an extremely open view, it felt like being on an African Safari. We stopped whenever we found a nice spot to take photos, very relaxed and not tiring at all, it was like a mini road trip. There's not much signal in the park, so remember to download offline maps in advance. As the sun was setting, we arrived at the Cactus Garden 🌵 📍 Cholla Cactus Garden The garden was full of seemingly fluffy cacti, so cute! Be sure to be careful when taking photos! I got pricked by cacti several times, which stung a bit. Also, watch your steps, my friend's shoes ended up with a few cactus balls stuck to them as we walked, haha. The clouds were a bit thick at sunset, not much sunlight, but taking photos with a CCD and flash created a unique atmosphere. I wonder if cacti sometimes crave human hugs too. #LosAngeles #LosAngelesWeekend #LosAngelesAround #JoshuaTree #JoshuaTreeNationalPark
