🍴 Weekend Brunch at Buck & Honey’s in Monona!

Came to this riverside American restaurant for a relaxed weekend meal – and it did not disappoint! 🌊☀️ We ordered: 🧀 B&H Sampler: Cheese curds (I’ve fallen in LOVE with these since moving to Wisconsin… so tasty, so sinful 😂) Bacon-wrapped dates with cheese – sweet, salty, and totally addictive 🥓 Fried shrimp – crispy, lightly sweet, and super flavorful 🍤 🐟 Mahi-Mahi Fish: My friend’s pick – fried fish fillet. A bit dry on the outside, but the inside was still tender! The sauce was tangy with a creamy twist – interesting combo. 🍖 Buck’s Meatloaf: My choice – and the garlic mashed potatoes were the star! Tasted just like the KFC mashed potatoes from my childhood – so smooth and nostalgic 😭👌 The meatloaf itself was soft and not dry, though the glaze was a tad too sweet. Still enjoyed it!
