We originally planned to have ramen, but then discovered Kopan Sushi & Ramen near our home! It's a compact but fully-equipped Japanese spot—the key is it's super affordable and the ingredients are really fresh! 🎌💖 ✨ Sashimi We ordered Salmon Belly and Yellowtail Belly. The fish was incredibly fresh and had such a rich, buttery texture! 🍣😍 What’s your favorite type of sashimi? Let me know below! ✨ Toro Tartar 🌮 It had lots of interesting layers of flavor, though I have to admit—I still prefer mine with chips! 😄 How do you like your tartar served? ✨ Takoyaki Way better than the takoyaki I’ve had at other places! 🐙 Each ball had two generous pieces of octopus inside, and they were cooked perfectly—crispy outside, tender inside, not mushy at all! 👌 ✨ Hamburg Steak It was just okay for me, but my husband loved the sauce! 🍛 Have you tried it here? What did you think? ✨ Salmon Donburi 🍱 A generous layer of salmon over rice, mixed with wasabi and soy sauce… each bite was pure happiness! 🥢💛 Are you a donburi fan? ✨ Ramen 🍜 We tried the tonkotsu and the one with pork cutlet. The portions were huge, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The fried pork cutlet was especially juicy and crispy—not dry at all! Definitely a winner! 🏆 🤩 They also have a Lunch Special Monday–Friday, 11:30am–5:00pm! We got two bowls of ramen with two sides for just over $40—such a great deal! 🥳 And don’t forget Happy Hour: Sun–Thu 8–10pm, Fri–Sat 8–11pm!
