What’s Good to Eat in LA? 😋
Tried this spot called Kamon Sushi in Rowland Heights 🍣 The first time I went, it totally blew me away! Maybe it’s because my friend used to work there and knew exactly what to order — she picked all the good stuff 🙌 But the second time I went with another friend… Meh. The dishes we got (see pics) were just okay 🫤 The staff was also a bit… rushed? Lots of little gestures, like hurrying us to pay and 👀 staring a little too hard when it came to tipping. All in all — it was fine, but I won’t be going back for a third time. 😈 Time to hit the gym again! I’ve been working out 3–4 times a week on average 💁♀️ Eating out with the girls about 1–2 times a week — the rest of the time I eat clean meals at home 🥗 Rarely order takeout. Result? I’ve steadily lost 6 pounds from early September to early November! 🐰 As a mid-range weight loss goal-setter, I still have more work to do, but we keep going! ✨ Quick Tip — What’s “Mid-Range Weight Loss”? ✅ Weight is within a healthy range ✅ Decent muscle mass ✅ But body fat percentage is slightly higher than ideal (though not too high) Overall, it’s a pretty healthy state — just working on those visual goals! 💫 #LAEats #SushiReview #WeightLossJourney #FitFoodie #LAFoodie #CleanEating
