What Delicious Food Have You Tried in LA? 🍣

This restaurant is called Kamon Sushi, located in Rowland Heights. The first time I ate there, I was absolutely blown away. ✨ Maybe it's because my friend who used to work there knew exactly what to orderβ€”everything we got was fantastic! But the second time I went with another friend, the food we ordered (pictured here) was just... okay, nothing special. 😐 The staff seemed a bit rushed, and we felt pressured to pay the bill quickly and tip a certain amount. Overall, it's an acceptable place, but I probably won't be going back for a third time. 😈 Time to hit the gym after getting home! I work out about 3-4 times a week on average. I eat out with friends about 1-2 times a week; the rest of the time, I cook at home, eating clean and rarely ordering takeout. From early September to early November, I steadily lost about 6.5 lbs (3 kg)! πŸŽ‰ As a medium-frame person focused on fat loss, I still need to keep putting in the effort! πŸ’ͺ Quick tip about medium-frame body types: Weight is within a reasonable range. Muscle mass isn't low. The main thing is higher body fat, but not excessively high. Overall, it's a very healthy state. Any shortcomings are usually just visual and based on personal goals.
