What have I been eating in Boston lately? đ
đ” Cafe Maiko Iâve been several timesâalways get the matcha latte + two-flavor ice cream. As a matcha lover, I canât resist! Their specials are also great, loaded with toppings and very satisfying. đȘđž Spanish restaurant Toro Booked a table for Sunday lunch, but only brunch was available⊠didnât get to try the paella I was craving đ Ordered a few tapas: Garlic shrimp (highly recommended, definitely good) Smoked duck (a bit charred, but flavorful) Mushrooms (tasty but served with a raw egg, FYI) House biscuit from the brunch menu (pretty nice too) đźđč Low-key Italian spot in Chelsea â Ciao Pizza and Pasta Mushroom pizza (thin crust, fragrantârecommended!) Spaghetti scampi (shrimp was fresh, pasta well-seasoned) This place is affordable and doesnât compromise on flavorâgood value! đ° Maprang Bakery & Cafe Strawberry shortcake (recommended, light and not too sweet) Coconut pandan cake (unique flavor but too much cream for my taste) Overall itâs okay, but I still prefer Kyo Matcha for cakesâeven Lady M beats this one in my book. #BostonFoodDiscovery #NoDietInWinter #LifeAbroad #BostonFood #FoodieDiary
