What to Do in Atlanta This Weekend? Cook Italian! 🇮🇹
Two weeks ago, at a friend’s invitation, I attended an Italian-themed cooking class 🧑🍳. This time, we learned to make White Ragù Lasagna and two quick salads—perfect for everyday meals or holiday gatherings. The theme was light, aromatic, colorful, and wonderfully festive. The class lasted about three hours, with ingredients prepared in advance by the instructor. This session focused on step-by-step demonstration and instruction, though I noticed there’s also a hands-on Xiao Long Bao class coming up. Each weekend features a different cuisine—next week, a talented Korean instructor will teach authentic Korean dishes! Watching the instructor start from an empty counter and transform fresh, simple ingredients into a full, delicious meal was truly heartwarming 🥰. I’ve never been someone who particularly enjoyed cooking before—often settling for quick, easy meals. But lately, I’ve begun to find real joy in selecting quality ingredients and slowly creating something beautiful and tasty. It’s a genuinely soothing experience 🌿. If you’re unsure how to spend your weekend, why not learn a new dish and recharge your energy? 🔋 This activity is also fantastic for parents looking for something fun and engaging to do together! 📍 Yifan Kitchen 11455 Lakefield Dr Suite 500, Johns Creek, GA 30097 #Atlanta #AtlantaLife #AtlantaFood #AtlantaWeekend #AtlantaFun #CookingClass #ItalianCuisine #LasagnaLove #HomeChef #WeekendVibes 😋👨🍳🎉🍝🥗
