What to Eat & Drink in Seattle
☕ Homage Coffee — Flat white was decent. They sell retail beans — bought a washed Colombian from Mirra earlier, really good! 📦 Story Coffee — Picked up a bag to try next month. 🍦 Salt & Straw — Classic must‑try ice cream spot. 🍩 Fuji Bakery — Ube donut had a strong artificial flavor; milk stick was sweet but tasty; croissant was just okay. 🥢 Lee‘s Kitchen — Surprise gem in Seattle — their rice rolls beat Toronto’s! 🍚 HK Bistro — Huge portions (we finished it all!). Chicken was average. 🍤 Tendon — Fall special with tempura chestnut — so delicious! Always crave‑worthy and easy to book. 🐟 Maple Smoked Salmon Belly — Not exaggerating — I eat half a pound daily… had a full pound the other day 😅 🥐 Sea Wolf Bakers — Their laminated pastries are next‑level beautiful and tasty. 🐼 Before leaving — Maybe one last Panda Express run? ☕ Also tried: Feva Coffee — Cortado and iced Americano were tossed before leaving the shop. Herkimer Coffee — Cortado was overly roasted and bitter. Didn’t make it to Sound & Fog or Ancient Gate — saving them for next time! #SeattleEats #SeattleCoffee #FoodDiary #EatLikeALocal #PastryLove #SeafoodHeaven #CoffeeCulture #SeattleFoodFinds
