What to Eat in Boston |Pho Pasteur 🍜

This unassuming Vietnamese pho spot in Chinatown is easy to miss—I’d walked past it countless times without noticing! But after hearing it called "the best pho in Boston," I had to try it. 😄 We ordered the Signature Beef Noodle Soup (Phở Đặc Biệt) 🚂🐄—only available in Large and XL sizes (other beef/noodle soups come in Medium). The portion was huge, packed with generous amounts of meat! The ingredients were fresh: tender beef slices, tripe, beef brisket, and slow-cooked tendon that melted in the mouth. The broth was rich, slightly sweet, and deeply satisfying. 🍖💫 We also tried: Grilled Beef Skewers: Sweet Thai-style marinade 🍢, though the meat was less tender than expected. Fried Quail: Not much meat 🐦, but crispy. Oyster Sauce/Garlic Broccoli: A letdown—tough and hard to chew. 😅 Verdict: If you’re craving pho, this is the place! ✅ 📍 Address: 682 Washington St, Boston Fun fact: Jackson Wang (GOT7’s Jackson!) ate here right after landing in Boston—so you know it’s legit! 😎🎤 #BostonEats #PhoPasteur #VietnameseFood #BestPho #ChinatownBoston #FoodieReview #JacksonWangApproved 🏙️🥢
