What to Eat in Dallas for Meat Lovers 🥩
🔶Hutchins 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The smoky flavor here is spot-on! The Brisket and Beef Ribs are incredibly aromatic and tender. The beef ribs are so soft and fall-off-the-bone delicious. For the Brisket, you can choose between fatty and lean; we went with the leaner option, but it was still very tender. The house-made sweet and sour sauce is a perfect match! The Texas Trinkle features jalapeño peppers stuffed with meat and cheese. The side dishes, beans and fried okra, are not highly recommended. The dessert, banana pudding, is decent, but another one was way too sweet for me. The price for the ribs is a bit steep, though... 🌮 Cattleack 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This BBQ place has a very quirky schedule. We ordered the Trinity Plate with burnt ends. Their Brisket is made from Wagyu beef, and the fat is incredibly flavorful—it’s the best Brisket I’ve ever had! The Pork Ribs are lighter and refreshing compared to the beef, and they’re also excellent. The burnt ends have a stronger flavor, and the spicy sausage isn’t very spicy. 🌮 Whataburger 🌟🌟 A Texas classic burger, which I’d call a flattened burger. It’s pretty average for a fast-food joint. The fries are soft and mushy. The only redeeming feature is the gravy sauce, which you have to buy separately. The recommended spicy ketchup is free, but I really couldn’t taste much spiciness. 🔶 Botolino Gelato Artigianale 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This place is amazing! The gelato is rich and smooth. You can try samples for free before you decide. We went with coconut and guava, both of which were great. The jam-filled chocolate was also excellent, and you can sample that for free as well! #DallasFood #DallasExploration
