What to Eat in Sydney This Weekend | Italian Café in Concord

Tucked away in the heart of Concord, this hidden gem of an Italian café is a hit with locals—and it has an impressive 4.4-star rating on Google! 🌟 Top Recommendation: Cream Brulee 🍮 My absolute favorite here is the Cream Brulee! I love waiting for the caramel top to harden, then cracking it open—it’s so satisfying and stress-relieving 😌. But heads up: this dessert isn’t available every day. I missed out on it during my last visit! You’ll find it displayed in the counter case (see Photo 4). 🥞 Crowd Favorite: Pancakes Their pancakes are a table staple—pretty much every group orders them! We went with the classic Cucina Pancake. I don’t love overly sweet food, so I skipped pouring the syrup directly on top and dipped the pancakes in it instead (perfect for controlling the sweetness). They also have Ricotta Pancakes—they looked amazing! If you’re a fan of cheese, that’s definitely one to try. 🦐 Light Bites (We Skipped Mains Since We Weren’t Hungry) Garlic Prawn Pot 🥘: The tomato-garlic sauce is incredible—dip it with the toasted bread they serve, and it’s pure perfection 🥖. Skinny Chips: My go-to! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—total comfort food. We tried their shrimp pasta during our last visit, and it was great too. But what really caught my eye was the beef lasagna in their display case—sadly, it seems to be takeaway-only. I’ll definitely grab one next time! 📝 Other Must-Tries (From Photos & Reviews) Uovo Porcini: Lots of people rave about this dish—highly recommended! Arancini: I saw it mentioned on Google, but couldn’t find it on the menu this time 🧆 (maybe it’s a daily special?). ☕ Drinks Their coffee and fresh juices get great reviews, but I always order the Chef’s Juice—it’s a must for me! Fair warning, though: not everyone will love it (it has ginger and beetroot, which have strong flavors). 📍 Café Info Cucina Espresso89 Majors Bay Rd, Concord NSW 2137 #ItalianFood #BrunchVibes #WesternCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #AmbienceCa #GlobalFoodieSquad #SydneyLife #SydneyEats #SydneyFoodie
