What to Eat Tomorrow? Chicago Michelin 🌟

✨The first Chicago Michelin-starred restaurant I visited was Kasama, a Filipino restaurant that has held a Michelin star for three consecutive years. During the day, it serves brunch and bakery items, while in the evening, it offers a full dinner menu at over $200 per person. You can walk in for brunch, but dinner reservations need to be made well in advance. ✨For brunch, I ordered the signature Filipino Breakfast and Chicken Adobo. Both were delicious. To put it simply, they’re the Filipino versions of char siu rice (fork burn) and Hainanese chicken rice. I also had the ube latte, which was a bit too sweet (once coffee gets too sweet, it tends to taste like cough syrup). ✨I also took some bread to go, so the texture wasn’t as good as eating in, but the flavors were still great, especially the long, slender loaf—I highly recommend it. The total cost, including tax and tip, came to $120. It was definitely a high-value Michelin experience. #InternationalStudentEating #StudentExploration #ChicagoExploration
