📍 Hofbräuhaus Columbus 800 Goodale Blvd, Columbus, OH 43212 Just revisited this German restaurant — huge space with lots of servers in dirndls too! 👗 Their pork knuckle is a must-order signature dish — honestly tastes just like the braised pork knuckles we have during Chinese New Year! The meat falls right off the bone, skin is slightly charred with a smoky aroma. Served with classic sauerkraut (very sour and cuts through the richness) and smooth, buttery mashed potatoes. You can also pair it with their potato soup topped with croutons — warm and hearty. 🌭 Sausage Platter is also delicious — all-meat sausages in three flavors. Honestly couldn’t tell much difference except for the colors though 😄. 🥗 Salad comes with ranch on the side — nice DIY touch. Loaded with beef chunks, egg, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and crispy fried onions for crunch! 🍻 Fresh draft beer is a must — go for the 32oz for the full experience! Lots of flavors to choose from — my favorite is blueberry 🫐, fruity and refreshing.
