Who Says Rome Is a Food Desert?! Everyone MUST Try This Restaurant!🍝

Once again, **thank you internet** for leading me to amazing food! 🙌 After **a whole night** scrolling through Xiaohongshu and Google Maps (⭐4.6 rating!), we finally chose this spot—and it **did NOT disappoint**! Arrived at **6:45 PM**—**no wait, no reservation needed**! Walked right in. 🚶‍♀️ The staff (a super sweet uncle) had us **photograph the menu outside** since they don’t offer paper menus inside. (Check **P6** for the menu snap! 📸) We ordered: - **Trippa alla Romana** (Roman-style tripe) 🐄 - **Saltimbocca alla Romana** (Roman beef rolls) 🥩💫 - **Lasagna** 🧀🍝 - **House wine** in a cute little pitcher 🍷 **EVERY. SINGLE. DISH. WAS PERFECT.** - The tripe? **Tender, zero gaminess**, and in a **tomato sauce**—so unique and appetizing! 🍅 - The beef rolls? **MIND-BLOWING** 🤤 (We even **sopped up every drop of sauce with bread**! 🥖💦) - The lasagna? **Cheesy, meaty heaven**—clearly a crowd favorite (saw **half the tables** order it!). ⚠️ By **7:20 PM**, the place was **packed** with a waitlist! Total bill: **€42** (**€21/person**)—unbeatable value! 🥹 😟 **PSA**: Tried to revisit tonight... but **CLOSED** on Sundays & Mondays! 😭 **Alfredo e Ada** #ItalianFood #HiddenGem #RomeEats #FoodieFind #BudgetEats #RomanCuisine #MustTry #NoMoreFoodDesert
