Why Isn't Everyone Raving About Croatia's 🇭🇷 Amazing Food?!

I never expected Croatian cuisine to be this incredible! Having just visited food-famous Spain, I'd say Croatia can totally hold its own. Every single dish I ordered at every restaurant was delicious, especially the black squid risotto - perfectly cooked (no hard rice here!) and so good I ate it for three straight days. Still dreaming about it now 🥹 🐾 Zadar 📍 Restoran Bruschetta Located in Zadar's old town near the sea, they serve THE BEST squid ink risotto - incredibly flavorful. Their signature beef pasta is also excellent. We ordered a giant mixed grill platter that could feed an army! 🐾 Split 📍 Corto Maltese Freestyle Food Right in the ancient city center with charming historic decor. Their creative menu gives dishes fun names (you have to guess ingredients). Must-order: their shrimp sauce pasta - the unanimous favorite at our table. Also tried steak with five different sauces (all delicious) for the first time - definitely worth trying! 📍 Restaurant Adriatic That famous sunset restaurant from Chinese reality show "Divas Hit the Road"! You MUST reserve ahead - it's super popular. If you can't get in, try neighboring "Pizzeria Skipper" (they're connected). While Skipper only does pizza, both are excellent.
