Wishing at the Trevi Fountain, But Eating the Best Pasta in Rome 🍝
In Italy, pasta almost never disappoints. After a few glasses of wine, everything feels joyful. When I say "the best," it’s partly because I genuinely love Carbonara and think it’s the best I’ve ever had. But it’s also because both restaurants I visited—one old and one new—had great vibes, and everyone I’ve been with, from friends to colleagues, loved them too.✨ Trattoria Da Enzo al 29 – One of Rome’s most famous restaurants, known for its simple, traditional, and straightforward Italian style. It’s been a favorite among locals, tourists, big-name designers, and celebrities alike. Reservations aren’t accepted, and with its growing popularity, a wait is pretty much guaranteed. But the atmosphere is fantastic! The owner often comes out to chat with people in line and even offers tastes of freshly made pasta or a complimentary drink. 🍽️ Santo Palato – This place is modern and stylish, helmed by the young and well-known Roman chef Sarah Cicolini. The menu changes daily based on fresh ingredients, and their Carbonara is definitely worth a repeat visit. 🌟 #ItalianCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurants #PrivateSpot #Rome #Italy #TreviFountain #RestaurantRecommendations
