The greens are baked until crispy, pairing perfectly with the soft, chewy sweet potato. 🍠💛 🥦 Kombu Cauliflower 👏 I usually love cauliflower starters, and this one’s fried with a sweet glaze. Served with kombu and pickled purple cabbage – refreshing and light! 🥬✨ · Japanese-Inspired Menu 🍣 Beet Sushi 👍 This sushi was complimentary! Uses beet as a substitute for tuna – the texture is surprisingly close! 😂❤️ 🍄 Chronic Sushi Roll 👏 Tastes like a “crab-tuna-avocado roll” but made with mushrooms, mayo, and citrus – and it’s delicious! Sweet and spicy combo – so interesting! 🍣🔥 🥔 Potato Croquette 👍 Looks like fried chicken nuggets, but it’s actually a potato croquette – a classic Japanese side dish! · Main Course 🥕 Carrotfish & Chips 👌 Fried “carrot fish” and chips, haha! Texture is similar to vegetable tempura, but as a main course, it didn’t quite meet expectations.
