Worth the Visit! Best Pho Ever!
🌟After arriving in Dallas yesterday and picking up our car around half past eight, we looked for a Vietnamese pho place that wasn't too far from the hotel. We found Pho VITEZ, which has great online reviews—4.5 stars. There was another place nearby with the same rating, but this one had a huge beef bone in their pho, and since my boyfriend loves meat, we decided to go here. 🟡The interior of the restaurant is modern but simple, and they even have a full bar, which is not common for a noodle shop. Once we were seated, I ordered pho Bo, and my boyfriend went for the Pho special. The pho options were a bit limited; for example, they didn't have Pho tai. 🙏I usually prefer pho with raw beef, but their Pho Bo had raw beef and beef meatballs, which I'm not a huge fan of. We also ordered fried spring rolls. Many Vietnamese spring rolls are vegetarian, but these were pork-based. When they first arrived, I thought there were only two, which seemed a bit sparse. But when I took a bite, I was amazed—delicious pork, and they were larger than typical vegetarian spring rolls, well-stuffed and hearty. These were definitely substantial and satisfying. 💜When our pho arrived, it didn't disappoint. The portions were generous—plenty of noodles and meat. Especially impressive was the Pho special my boyfriend ordered. The huge beef bone had so much meat on it! He shaved some off and insisted I try it first, but I couldn't finish it because my Pho Bo already had plenty of meat. #DallasFood #RestaurantReview #VietnameseInDallas #PhoInDallas
