Restaurant: Uzu Sushi, located in Twinbrook. It used to be an à la carte spot—traditional sushi where you pay per plate, and it wasn’t exactly cheap. But now they’ve switched to an all-you-can-eat format, and the value is amazing! The quality has hardly dropped at all. For the mid-tier option (excluding Wagyu), most items are totally worth trying.
