Yume Sushi in DMV 🍣 | A Beautiful Meal During Restaurant Week! ✨
We chose the four-course Restaurant Week menu + dessert 🍱 – thought it might not be enough, but we ended up completely satisfied and full! 😋🍴 Highlights: • P3 Appetizer (Sashimi Plate) – absolutely loved it! The fish was rich and buttery, with an incredible aroma – my personal favorite of the meal! Couldn’t stop after one bite! 🐟💫 • Three Kinds of Sushi – each piece was flavorful and well-balanced – satisfying without being overly heavy! 🍣👍 • Sea Urchin with Cold Noodles – a unique and delicate dish, beautifully presented! The taste was subtle but refined. 🍜🌊 • The Signature “Winner” Roll – truly lives up to its name! Soft fatty tuna, rich foie gras, and eel for extra texture – topped with a tangy vinaigrette that cuts through the richness. The staff suggested cutting it into 2–3 pieces – we found that cutting into 3 made it fall apart, so 2 is perfect! 🔪🥢 • Cheesecake – decent, but not particularly memorable. 🍰😊 Overall, a truly satisfying meal!
