Zabpinto Thai Kitchen: A Comforting Thai Feast Late at Night 😋

After a long day of wandering, finding many restaurants closing up around 9 PM can be disappointing – walking into Zabpinto Thai Kitchen at that hour feels like a relief ✨ Its number one advantage is definitely its midnight closing time, perfect for tired visitors! The interior is neat and spacious, much more comfortable than many other small Thai places 🏮 I've heard the flavors here are very authentic, which got me, a Thai food lover, really excited. 🍚 For the main staple, I tried the sticky rice served in a bamboo tube. It has a firmer, chewier texture compared to regular rice, pairing well with the dishes. Of course, regular steamed rice is also available if you prefer. As soon as the Larb Kua Neua (Sour Stir-fried Beef) arrived, I could smell its appetizing sour aroma 🥒 The beef bits came with fresh cucumber slices and raw cabbage. The sourness was bright but not overpowering. Even though I don't usually love sour dishes, the seasoning here had me going back for more! The big surprise of the night was the Pad Ped Frog Legs! 🌶️ I ordered medium spice, and the rich broth with its Thai herbs and spices was incredibly enticing – the complex fragrance reminded me a bit of that Thai snack mix from Trader Joe's, but even more savory. The frog legs seemed to be stir-fried first, making the meat firm and chewy, and the onions soaked up all the delicious sauce. Finally, I had a brilliant idea: I mixed the beef bits into the leftover frog leg sauce and ate it with hot steamed rice – oh my, this combo was absolutely perfect! 💖 In summary, Zabpinto has become my go-to spot for that "no worries if I'm hungry late" feeling. It satisfies cravings for authentic Thai taste and warms you up late at night. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! 🥰 #LateNightEats #ThaiFood #FoodReview #BangkokFlavors #FoodieDiaries #SpicyLover #RiceKiller
