1. Restaurant Zelen Dvor 📍 Samoborska cesta 170, 10000, Zagreb.A local gem slightly outside the city center, recommended by a friend. Packed with Croatians – always a good sign! We feasted on scallops, black risotto, fish, lamb, and squid – all delicious and generously portioned. 💧 The squid was exceptional: tender and almost creamy inside, unlike any I've tried before. 2. VINCEK Patisserie📍 Ilica 18, 10000, Zagreb.A beloved cake shop with ice cream and coffee (takeaway or dine-in). Tried four cakes – all perfectly balanced (not too sweet!). 🌈One was a Zagreb specialty: looks like pudding but has a mysteriously unique texture – neither pudding nor cream. Prices? Very reasonable for both cakes and gelato. 3. Batak Centar Cvjetni 📍 Ground floor, Trg Petra Preradovića 6, 10000, Zagreb ✅Hidden inside a shopping center (down a hallway – we almost doubted we'd found it!).The staff’s warm welcome confirmed: this was THE spot.
