Seriously, I would like to give them zero star. First of all, we were there because of the high google reviews. But, when we went in to the restaurant, we were stunned by the dirty environment. The toilet in the second floor was stinky and dark and stuffed with lots of things. They even placed hot pot broth just in front of the dirty toilet.

The price of their food was not cheap, but the beef and pork slices they served us were the thinnest slices I ever seen before. Not tasty at all, and not fresh at all. One of the worst cashier service so far I have met in my real life. When we going pay the bill the cashier said that 不是跟你說過了嗎？總共三千五 I not sure is it because she thought our accent is different with them and think we are from China or what. This attitude I won’t be coming again and it makes me have bad impression towards all the Taiwanese. This kind of people will only let foreigners think that Taiwan has bad service....

台南的朋友宵夜想吃辣，很推，沒辦法它真的營業很晚又會辣，第一次吃朋友外帶煮了泡麵我吃一口，哇靠辣到哭（哪時候吃辣程度只有胡椒粉）印象很辣，這一次跟朋友吃鴛鴦，哈哈，不辣的部分是我的😗

「北京麻辣鴛鴦火鍋 」創立於1995年，主打四川純正口味，麻、辣，位在台南市的健康路二段靠近中華西路交接處，開車來附近有停車場很方便，店內裝潢有年代感，古色古香的氛圍，桌子都是大桌的為主，有轉盤的 家庭桌。

內用規則 北京麻辣鴛鴦火鍋的鍋底有養生雞鍋和麻辣鍋，也可以選擇吃鴛鴦鍋，內用、外帶需搭配500元以上菜品，鍋底上限4個人，第五位以後加收100人頭費，兒童120公分算人頭，內用麻辣鴨血跟豆腐無限，南部來說單價稍微偏高，但是吃過就知道都是真材實料的食材。

湯頭 麻辣鍋用十多種中藥加上獨家配方熬煮六小時，香氣四溢，麻辣鍋可選擇辣度，我只敢吃小辣呢！！ 養生雞骨鍋用當日新鮮配送雞骨加入蝦米與扁魚熬煮，湯頭爽淡鮮甜，

沾醬區配料蔥、蒜頭、辣椒、蒜苗、香菜都是鮮切的，一大把一大把大夾取超讚。

獨家排骨酥 💰250 這個一致認為不推，吃起來糊糊，不扎實軟軟，口感很奇特。

台灣嚴選梅花豬肉 💰320 選用上等豬肉肩胛肉的部位，油花分佈均勻，肉片吃起來不會油膩也不乾，很適合麻辣👍

梅花豬肉拼盤 💰399 梅花豬肉、蹄筋、豬肚、肥腸、手工川丸子、脆管、金針菇、小貢丸，點錯結果意外的很多部位，手工川丸子吃起來很組合肉的感覺不太愛、味道有點混沌。

綜合養生菇 💰280 金針菇、杏鮑菇、秀珍菇、大香菇、木耳、鴻喜美白菇，總類超級多，不錯。

綜合蔬菜 💰280 高麗菜、大陸妹、花椰菜、娃娃菜、玉米、玉米筍、芋頭、南瓜
