Starbucks Marcos Highway Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Rizal

Starbucks Marcos Highway has given the most incompetent drive thru I had the displeasure of dealing with. The man who took the orders failed to punch in the correct amount of drinks due to a “lack of ice.” Then the cashier had the gall to claim that there was still not enough ice. Miss Janine, working tbe 9:30 shift, explain how come the next car had enough ice? I know because the following car were my family members and they could order as well. I would recommend more training for your crew to avoid this level of incompetence next time. I would wish you good luck, but I will not order from this branch ever again. I've tried Starbucks Drive Thru for so many times and this is the very first time that I got disappointed with their service.

I was on the way to SM Cherry for my first dose vaccine and I decided to buy coffee first. The queue is taking more time than the usual. It took 25 minutes before the Fortuner in front of me head its way out.

The staff didn't say any explanation on why it took them so long to give service to the person ahead of me considering that it's drive thru. Imagine the hassle, waste of time and you'll get nothing as a compensation? I mean, the very least that they could do is to briefly explain on why it took them almost half an hour. Lol.

We have been patronizing this starbucks branch for sometimes already, instead of the one at Ayala Mall Feliz, since this has a drive thru. However, we always, almost pass over the drive thru entrance. The drive thru sign is located very low and becomes visible only when you are near the entrance. Also there is a drive thru sign way up just below the big high starbucks sign. We always thought that the entry to the drive thru is after that sign which is already beyond the true drive thru entry.
