Burger King - Vermont Park (Drive Thru) — Restaurant in Rizal

ATTENTION STAFF MANAGER OF BURGER KING MARCOS HIGHWAY.

I really hope you'd be able to read this and address this asap. I didnt mention anything when I went there because I didnt want to delay eating my meal (lol).

The cashier who took my order was DIGNA. While she was waiting to get the burger that I ordered and put it into the takeout paperbag she was holding, I saw her lightly put the rim of the paperbag on her mouth. Di naman ata nya sinadya. She probably just did that gesture without her noticing it while waiting for my food pero kadiri kasi. I hope you could educate your staff more on hygiene practices and on being more conscious of their actions especially since they're handling food which other people are meant to eat. I understand that your branch just opened and most if not all of your staff members are probably still new to the tasks but STILL. I hope little mistakes like this can be avoided as it is not hygienic at all. I'm willing to let this slip but others might not be as lenient so I hope you could do...

Visited this branch of Burger King in the evening to celebrate something and had a very disappointing experience. While NOT having many customers, the waiting time was almost AN HOUR!! 15 MINS FOR CASHIER AND FOOD IS 30 MINS?! When my order finally arrived, the burger was served cold. After complaining, they replaced it but still gave me another cold burger!! The fries were overcooked, super dry, and not crunchy at all just hard and unpleasant to eat. What made it worse the staff also seemed uninterested!! instead of focusing on customers, they were just standing around talking and gossiping. Definitely not the kind of service or food quality we expected. This branch really needs to be called out for such poor service and food quality! definitely not what you expect from...

The place is a modern architectural wonder, the interior design is second to none so far.. as far as fastfoods building contemporaries are concerned..! The foods are decent But and a big BUT the crew are untidy, dowdy, filthy to make it straight "salaula" just look at the Photos.. they bring in their lunch and they don't care if it makes a rather unfamiliar fastfood smell they don't even bother about the flies that their food attracted in the first place...! They just stand around and horseplay..! When I was working as a crew during my college days in A&W we make it appoint that every fly is either being swat at or chased off the premises constantly....! The pictures speaks for itself...! Totally undisciplined crew..! They make the place...
