Not the finest team. Told the counter I received an email for 5 stars reward, the counter staff said that he doesnât know about it. And when I showed him the email, he said its automatically credited to the account (with an attitude) so I asked, âhow is it automatic?â. The other staff saved him and said she will get back to me. So i waited. after 20 mins of sipping my coffee, i went to the counter and asked the same staff. Only then she asked for my SB card # and receipt and contact details, she said she will ask the IT to add the 4 star rewards to my account. She added âlike what the other guy mentioned to you, the 5 stars reward is automatically added to your accountâ. So i replied back, âyou ask for my details so your IT can add the 4 stars to my SB card, how is it automatic again?â If i didnt ask you guys about it, the stars will not be added because you wont submit my details to your IT.

   Read moreno too crowded and noisy and baristas were really friendly. i got to visit this location coz its near the hospital i had an appointment with. their restroom was clean as well even if its already past 2pm. this store is very accessible since its adjacent to the lrt line 2. i may not be able to come back here anytime soon but i definitely will in the near future. btw, i just wished they had more couches than high chairs but i guess its coz of limited space. anyway still a nice...
