The Big Falooda - Perinthalmanna — Restaurant in Kerala

I’ve been a loyal customer of Big Falooda since 2019, always enjoying the food and service. However, my experience today left me extremely disappointed. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered shawarmas without giving much thought to inspecting them, often having them in dimly lit settings like in my car. But today, as I neared the end of my roll, I was horrified to discover a well-grilled house fly nestled inside. If I had noticed it sooner, I would never have eaten almost the entire thing. This was a huge letdown and has shaken my confidence in the hygiene standards I once trusted. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident, but as of now, I’m seriously reconsidering my trust...

I used to be a big fan of Big Falooda during my college days. The food was always tasty and affordable, and I used to bring my family here whenever we visited Perinthalmanna.

But recently, the quality has gone down a lot. I had two bad experiences in a row. Last time we ordered a pizza, it tasted really bad. When we asked, they said there was no capsicum, so they just put onions all over. That didn’t make sense because there’s a supermarket right next door.

I’m really sad to see my favorite shop lose its quality. I hope they improve and bring back the good food...

I found a dead mosquito sticking to my sandwich. When I order food, I expect it to be made clean. "It's just a mosquito" is not an excuse for your poor food preparation. The food should be checked after baking to ensure there are no contaminants. If you can't prevent this, at least use proper precautions. A chicken roll should not come with a mosquito in it. For the time you take to make the sandwich, at least ensure it's prepared in a clean environment. And you expect me to eat those dead bugs? This was a home delivery, and I won't be ordering from this...
