We visited the restaurant late at night, around 12:45 AM. We were welcomed in, placed our order, and the food was served by around 1:00 AM. However, as soon as the food arrived, one of the waiters stood directly over us, watching us closely, clearly pressuring us to finish quickly. He didn’t say a word, but his constant staring made us feel extremely uncomfortable, so we started eating faster.

Eventually, I asked him directly, “Are you expecting us to finish quickly? Are you closing?” He responded with, “No, no, no worries,” but still didn’t leave or ease off. Within just seven minutes, they dimmed half of the lights and brought us the bill , while we were still eating.

I told him, “We’re trying to finish as quickly as we can , please give us a bit of space.” But the staring continued, and it ruined the whole experience. We stopped eating by 1:10 AM simply because the atmosphere had become so unpleasant.

I left the restaurant feeling disappointed. The manager was no longer there, otherwise I would have shared this feedback in person. A restaurant of this size and reputation should have clear closing procedures. If the kitchen is about to close, they should stop accepting guests in advance. And if they do accept late guests, they should at least allow them the time and space to enjoy their meal properly.
