Brezza — Restaurant in Setif

This restaurant was recommended to me by a close friend of mine whose opinion I value a lot, so I decided to give it a try.

First and foremost, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a classy and well decorated restaurant in the heart of Sétif. I honestly felt for a quick second that I was no longer in Algeria, I was actually in Brezza, Italy 😂 Very well decorated and extremely clean. The view was also spectacular and I spent half an hour just gazing at the view of the city. It was too bad though that there weren't any tables and chairs to sit outside in the middle of winter. I get that it's cold outside, but I love the breeze 😂

Now, onto the reason why I gave this restaurant a four out of five. I went there in the evening just to order a coffee and a Tiramisu, but the waiter, very bashfully, told me that it isn't allowed to have dinner and that I must order a meal. He politely and apologetically told me that if I wanted a coffee and a dessert, I should go to the lounge restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Luckily, I was hungry because I didn't have a filling dinner, so I ordered a Burrata Salad.

The burrata salad, also recommended by my friend, was spectacular. I loved it. The burrata ball was fresh and creamy, and there was a nice balsamic vinegar reduction and pesto on top, as well as some freshly baked bread on the side. The Salad was 1500da, and I thought that was a moderate price.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Brezza restaurant, despite the little dessert hiccup. I would definitely go there again the next time I visit Sétif to try their...
