Vasku's Restaurant — Restaurant in Luanda

An established and popular restaurant in Luanda for steak so we had to try. They also have a few other options on the menu. Not impressed by the overall experience. Seating only inside, prices mid-range.

The service was dismal: four waiters were more focused on which channel to watch on tv and talk very loud with each other instead of taking care of customers.

The Couvert is good: large bread basket with garlic butter (came frozen though…) and tuna pate. Also had the croquet, samosa and breadcrumb covered egg - taste okay, but not freshly prepared (middle of warm/cold).

The bife frito com natas and cogumelos was a bit over cooked, but eating tiny bites it was okay. The sauce was nicely flavored and did not drench the meat. The mushrooms were from a...

They charged for things they brought at the table without asking us. I asked them to replace chips with bananas and they charged both. I will never visit this place again although it is one of the few restaurants...
