Kentucky — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

It's a big chain, but great non the less. As of Nov 2022 a bit more expensive than most fast food style pizzerias, but still slightly cheaper than mom & pop neighborhood pizzerias. I personally think it's one of the best slices ever. I've eaten at all of the low end and fancy places all over Argentina, NYC and Florida. Kentucky is one of my favorite slices. It's greasier than most but always thick and crunchy bottom with a soft, moist and delicious center/toppings. Sabaros used to make a good slice. And old-school pizza hut wasn't bad. But this is 10 times better. Try the fuggazeta (too lazy to spell check) Sounds like there should be a few "H" in there lol. You gotta pronounce it as you were Italian. Either way it's delicious. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pizzas I have eaten in a while. Think Pizza Hut, but WAY more fatty, oversalted, and with a thick "fluffy-style", but really dry crust. We came here at night on our way home just hoping to eat something, and even for that expectation, it was underwhelming and we just felt bad afterwards. Also, even though it is a fast food chain restaurant, it took over an hour to get our pizza after we ordered, even though the restaurant was not full at all. Ayer tuve otra pésima experiencia en este lugar ! Fuimos a comer una pizza y mí marido pidió una pizza grande mitad mozarella y la otra mitad fugazzeta, cuando vino la cuenta para pagar , nos cobraron una pizza fugazzeta entera, la fugazzeta custaba 23 mil y de la mozarella 16 !! Cuando deberían cobrar la mitad del valor de cada una !! Dijeron que cuando se pedía una pizza mitad y mitad, el valor sería de la pizza más cara y estabaeso estaba aclarado en la carta y cuando vimos la carta , la aclaración estaba escrita en letras tan pero tan chiquitas que era casi necesaria una lupa para leer !! Nosotros nos recusamos a pagar el valor que nos estaban cobrando y mí marido dijo que pagaría por la mitad de cada pizza , por algún tiempo tuvimos discutiendo hasta que un empleado con mucha mala educación recibió el pago y dijo a mí marido que nunca más volvamos ahí !! Una total falta de educación y respeto al cliente!! Ya nos pasó en este mismo lugar ( Federico Lacroze) que tenían una promo de café con dos medias lunas por $ 2500 y cuando nos trajo la cuenta, estaban cobrando $ 2800 y cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que había subido el precio y que habían olvidado de cambiarlo!!! Son unos un respetuosos con el cliente!! Nunca más volveremos a este lugar y no lo recomiendo a nadie !!!
