Lucciano's — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

It's absolutely unbelievable. At the height of the best ice cream parlours in Buenos Aires and here we have the best Italian ice creams I have ever made. They have just turned 10 years old, the flavors are complex, with character like their coffee or the amazing palettes for the little ones. My favorite 72% chocolate with lemon and basil or tangerine (it's epofanica) or passion fruit. A glory on the palate. Coffee is nespresso and I love the consistency of milk in the latte. Palettes though for a public Younger are intense, provocative flavors. Lemon pie and bitter chocolate are sensibly perfect. Good patisserie and the place is a stress retreat. I...

Unfortunately I have no pictures. The place belongs in an American movie, mostly if you're lucky enough to go there with an American fireman (yes!) Amazing experience. He had peanut butter and caramel (plus a smile as seductive as Georgle Clooney's and was sweet and gentlemanly... The cashier at Lucciano dealt with the American customer fabulously, with great English skills. All in all, much more than ice-cream...

En la Sucursal de Holmberg la atención es un desastre...., todo mal organizado, tendrían que poner número, no hay forma, ya está tercera vez que me pasa, atienden al último primero, un desastre, y cuando te atienden tardan 10 minutos en hacerte un cucurucho, no se a quien ni de que formas decírselos, se lo comentas y te dicen que ya te atienden, no sé si alguien atiende estos reclamos, parece una oficina pública. Todo muy lindo pero una desorganización total, y encima sale un poquito el sol y desborda de gente. Considero que no están preparados para todo lo que sea ordenado, no sé si tiene algún encargado o gerente que se haga cargo de ésta situación... Después de tantas veces que me pasó lo escribo, y se que la contestación va a decir que lo van a solucionar, es lamentable, pero en la teoría no sirve, hay que llevarlo a la práctica. Veremos si en la próxima que voy, hicieron algo. En como todo, suben a la cima, y se olvidan de estas cosas. A Freddo le pasó lo mismo, quedó como un desastre. Que pena, es lamentable, que todo lo malo tape lo rico que son los...
