Outback Steakhouse Aeroparque — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

They are stealing from the Dragonpass customers. For the equivalent price ($32 dolars) of a regular lounge access, they serve a course of 3 items that on their regular menu costs the equivalent to just $16, served on an open area outside their saloon, among the people waiting to board the airplanes.

Their "Dragonpass menu" contains only 3 meal options (one was unavailable and no replacement was offered), 2 dessert options and 3 beverage options. We ordered the milk caramel pancake for dessert but they unilaterally sent us just ice cream because the pancakes were found to be also unavailable. What? When you sell something that you can't deliver should't you offer an upgrade instead of a downgrade?

I had a great meal at Outback restaurante located inside Aeroparque Airport in Buenos Aires. The food was good as expected, with the typical Outback flavors and quality. I ordered the ribs and fries, and they were tender and tasty. The waitress Karen was very friendly and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and checked on me frequently. The environment was good as any other Outback restaurant, with a casual and comfortable atmosphere. It’s very convenient to have an Outback restaurant available within the international gates of the airport, especially if you have some time to kill before your flight. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes Outback food...

Vamos lá, fiquei surpreso, nunca tinha visto Outback em Aeroporto, só MUITO FÃ DA FRANQUIA, sempre que vejo um me sinto na obrigação de pelo menos entrar e tomar algo, talvez aqui na Argentina o nível seja esse mesmo da franquia, começamos do início: A recepção estava vazia sem ninguém, sem aquele costume do atendente nos acompanhar até a mesa, simplesmente entrei e escolhi meu lugar. Demorou um pouco pra alguém nos trazer o cardápio O cardápio achei MUITO REDUZIDO, ate entendo, pois aqui é menor, é um aeroporto, porém ao fazer o pedido a atendente não demonstrou um pingo de interesse em sanar minhas dúvidas, queria saber sobre os chá e etc, porém nem ligou muito… A Limonada que pedi, veio em temperatura ambiente, sem gelo e sem açúcar, quem toma limonada de limão sem gelo???? E sem açúcar????? Tava muito ruim! Pedi aquele macarrão com carne e molho vermelho, coisa básica, que se faz em casa: HORRÍVEL, a carne não era boa e pra variar: FRIO! Preço final 7.400,02 Eu dei 8K e ainda tentaram ficar com o troco como se fosse os 10% kkkkkkkk Aqui na Argentina em todos restaurantes que fui, TODOS atendentes, comida, TUDO MUITO BOM! E por isso sempre deixei gorjeta e às vezes +10% simplesmente pela educação e o esforço de atender, meu pai me ensinou isso de berço, que com educação eu chego a qualquer lugar, e a única pessoa aqui que me deu a atenção foi a atendente que eu pedi o troco de volta, gratidão, pois não sei seu nome, enfim sempre que tiver a oportunidade direi para as pessoas não consumirem aqui, isso pega muito mal porque como eu disse sou MUITO FÃ DA FRANQUIA! Dá dó de pensar essa ser a primeira experiência outback de alguém… Espero que a próxima vez que venha a Argentina esteja melhor!
