I've been to this location multiple times and it is usually good. Yesterday, we were shocked! This is a TEA store, but our tea was anything but. We ordered English breakfast tea which is the most common black tea. We let it brew as instructed, came out as light yellow water. We looked inside the pot, the leaves were a mix of something white and brown. We requested an exchange and the second time it was worse. Our server told us that they were serving us black tea. Sent the tea back. Asked for an Americano and an almond milk latte. The latte had no taste, like they missed to add coffee to it. We are not sure if they are trying to save money or what... Read moreThis restaurant isn’t a place anyone should go too. This place took advantage of my friends and I as we aren’t locals. We had ordered two coffees, tiramisu and potatoes. We watched over 30mins for our food just to see that we got cheese cake instead of coffee. We watched longer while next door tables got their food before as even though they came after us.
