Pizzería Las 3 Jotas — Restaurant in Distrito Uspallata

The place doesn't look like much, more of the atmosphere of a canteen, instead of restaurant, and even thought thay call themselves a pizzeria, a pizza is something I certainly would not recommend here. It looks like, and tastes like a hot sandwich on a flat bread. Pizza is just not what a foreignerer should eat in Argentina! But there empanadas are excellent! I would highly recommend those. This restaurant makes fresh empanadas, which were great. The beef filling was a little oily but the chicken one was perfect, the empanadas appropriately crunchy, and the service quite quick considering the from-scratch preparation.

At 550 per empanadas (in March 2024), these are a little over half the price paid in the city, so great value too!

Would definitely recommend as a stop on the way to the Aconcagua...

Paramos a comer después de visitar los alrededores y la verdad que fue toda una experiencia culinaria; la pizza estaba fabulosa, la masa suuuper suave y crocante, tenia un sabor muy rico a pancito fresco y ajo. La lasaña con crema blanca se nota que la hicieron desde cero, la salsa estaba buenísima, bastante relleno, un sabor balanceado donde se siente cada ingrediente. Todo casero y recién hecho! Además la atención es muy cálida y amable, al terminar nos quedamos a hablar con la mujer que nos atendió y nos tomó la orden y fue una charla muy agradable! Comimos muy rico a un precio inmejorable, pasamos un buen rato y todo fue muy gratificante. Es un lugar perfecto para venir a comer con amigos, familia o incluso en solitario! Definitivamente acá hacen las cosas con amor. Super...
