Depending on the size you order, you’ll be led to a table with a variety of fresh and organic ingredients waiting for you to nibble on. You’ll then get an order of a warm dish. Also, there’s wine. Wow....just wow! We rented bikes at Baccus Bikes and they suggested that this restaurant would be a good option for lunch.

We arrived without a reservation and were shown to a waiting area. We waited for what seemed to be a while. What I didn't realize is that while we were waiting, they were preparing a specular feast for us!

Once they were ready we were shown in to our private room. When we walked in we were blown away by the amazing table that was set for us. It was incredible. So many delectable choices on the table along with nice bottle of wine! Along with the amazing picada spread, you are given the choice of a hot dish (beef stew or empanadas) and a bowl of ice cream for dessert. All of it was delicious.

Es un lugar histórico, ya que Don Guillermo Cano fue Gobernador de la Provincia de Mendoza. Allí en ese histórico solar comienza una aventura gastronómica de cuatro pasos que pondrá a prueba tu cultura gourmet. La centralidad es una tabla de nueve variedades de fiambres y seis de quesos. Además incluyen cerca de treinta platitos de legumbres con sazones variadas, salsas, verduras asadas y al escabeche, cebollas caramelizadas, peras al malbec, etc., para acompañar estos fiambres. Un verdadero festín muy singular de sabores y texturas para saborear muy lentamente, acompañados de un exquisito tinto malbec. También puedes beber gaseosas o agua, incluídos en el menú. Luedo suman a esta abundancia de platitos, una exquisita empanada para cada comensal. Como tercer paso una cazuela de pastas a elección y por último el cuarto, otra cazuela con carne acompañada de una salsa muy sabrosa. Para finalizar tres tipos de postres a elección.
