Dopo — Restaurant in Mar del Plata

After two days in Mar del Plata I gotta say, I'm not very impressed by the available options. It's best to do some research on which restaurants are worth your while. We needed some food and after a while this was a oke looking place with lots of people inside. The food is pretty oke, it's better than most Argentinian pizza I've had. The crust and bottom are cooked crispy and the toppings are tasty. I've seen lots of people order the fried calamari and to be fair it looked great. I ordered the Alemana without olives and it was nice. The large option is actually very big so I took half of it home.

Ordering takes a little while due to the size of the place. The menu is pretty extensive, which is a telltale sign, but they specialize in pizzas. The service is kinda quick once they help you and immensely professional. We had a lovely lady helping us and it was a nice experience despite the wait. We went to Mar del Plata for a weekend and found this restaurant on the busiest shopping street. Pizza was crispy and good in taste. There was one dish, boil rice in the menu. We had a 3yr old kid with us and We requested them to give boiled rice, with mash potatoes, pizza sauce and with some mozzarella cheese. Hace ya 10 años que vamos de bahía blanca a mar del plata para desestresarnos, siempre vamos al DOPO porque realmente nos sentimos cómodos, ahora bien anoche nos sucedió algo con una moza que nos dió un trato realmente despreciable, desde el momento que nos puso la mesa ni siquiera saludo, tomo el pedido, le pedi hielo para una cerveza y cuando lo trajo tiró el recipiente en la mesa de manera muy desconsiderada, obviamente cuando nos retiramos no le deje propina por el mal trato que nos dió, hoy decidimos dejar atras el episodio y volvimos a ir, lamentablemente noa vomvio a tocar la misma moza, no solo tardo una eternidad en venir a tomarnos el pedido sino que cuando vino había un duo cantando a escasos metros y no se escuchaba nada entonces le dijimos que espere un segundo hasta que cese el ruido y no solo se molesto por eso sino que hizo una seña con la mano a espaldas de mi esposa comoandandonos a la mierda y se retiró de la mesa demostrando una falta de respeto lamentable, en ese momento decidí confrontarla decirle todo lo que habia pasado ayer y el episodio de hoy así que nos levantamos de la.mesa y nos retiramos del lugar, en la salida nos agarro la chica que está en la puerta les dijimos que nos retirabamos y el motivo a pesar de sus esfuerzos por cambiarnos de lugar decidimos retirarnos y ahi nos comento que loa problemas con esta chica son recurrentes, la moza maleducada en cuestion ae llama Daiana y tambien nos enteramos que es la pareja del.encargado, ahi entendimos todo, no volveremos mas mientras Daiana no sea educada y atenta.
