Absolutely amazing restaurant!

Thanks to reviews we came here for Valentine's Day and we couldn't have been happier.

It's a big restaurant but it gets absolutely packed-very popular particularly in summer! So be sure to make a reservation. This got us a quieter more intimate part of the restaurant. There's even a beautiful outside section - make to ask for that when you reserve.

Visually lovely restaurant, white table cloths, smartly dressed waiters, great service-we were very pleased.

We got Parrillada para dos (way too much food for 2, easily eats 3 or even 4 if you get a few sides) with mashed potatoes. This was an amazing Argentinean barbeque brought to your table with all the trimmings. Steak, sausage, chicken - we couldn't finish it all. They also brought salsa and chimichurri when we asked. I would definitely recommend this to any foreigners wanting that "wow" experience. For dessert we had the A mi Manera which was just amazing. Ice cream, dulce de Leche, chocolate sauce, strawberries, cream-delicious. And we even got 10 % off for paying in cash! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. We didn't experience one negative.

Cambio mi reseña, se ve que la vez anterior había ido en un buen día, después de dos veces que volví a ir, no volvería. Por ahí leí una reseña de alguien que decía que te tratan como ganado, tenía razón. Hace años que cuando vengo a Mar del Plata he venido a este lugar, y ahora hacía unos años que no venía a la costa, por lo que pensé que este lugar seguía siendo el de antaño, pero no. La atención es pésima, excepto algunos mozos que llevan años en esto; ademas es CARÍSIMO y si bien la comida es buena, hay otros lugares donde cocinan asi y el precio es mejor. El plato de la foto era arroz con mariscos que nos lo sirvieron helado y tuvieron que recalentarlo. Sufrimos una situación muy desagradable por un señor en una mesa que tenía calor y prendieron el aire que nos daba como a 5 mesas de forma directa y nos daba frío a todos, por lo que fui a pedir o que lo pusieran mirando para el techo o lo apagaran porque nadie quiere comer con el aire a full en la cabeza, y a la encargada no le cayó bien que se lo pidiera, pero como de otra mesa también decían que tenían frío lo apagaron, entonces el señor que tenia calor empezó a insultarnos y burlarse, una clara situación de violencia contra la mujer (eramos dos mujeres) y la encargada del restaurante LE HIZO CASO A ESTE SEÑOR TAN MALEDUCADO Y EN MEDIO DE LA COMIDA NOS PIDIERON CAMBIARNOS DE MESA. Osea, literal nos tuvimos que sacar el tenedor de la boca para que nos llevaran a otro lado, cuando en la otra mesa este señor con otro mas ya habian terminado de comer hacia rato. ¿Piensan que la encargada que tan mal manejó la situación, nos pidio disculpas o tuvo algun miramiento con nosotras? Por supuesto que no! Pero que le puede importar a ellos que uno esté con la comida atragantada si total ya igual les iba a tener que pagar aunque no me entrara ya un bocado (suspendimos el 2 plato porque por el disgusto no podiamos comer más, así que pedimos la cuenta y nos retiramos). This place seems good before you sit with the waiters dressed up very well like high class restaurant that it is. But the waiter that was taking our (and the ones next to us) order was not keeping notes of our order and he did mistake in 2 out of our 6 dishes, and when i told him, he was even rude with me like I was asking him for something special while the only thing i wanted was to just eat what i ordered. The food was quite bad from the expected and we were sadly very dissapointed.
