Sadly I did not get the chance to enjoy my Starbucks drink as there was a huge line of cars in the drive through waiting to be served. The process does not seem to be streamlined at all and the employees seem to be completely overwhelmed with handling the in-store customers and drive through customers. Maybe understaffed... Domingo 17:30hs, el local estallaba. Fui con mi hijo y una amiga de él. Cuando le pregunté a la cajera qué era el chocolate shaken express, me contó lo que tenía. Una chica que estaba al lado me dijo que se hacía con leche de avellana, pero podía cambiarla por la leche que prefiera, lo hice. Nos sentamos los tres a disfrutar de la comida y bebida elegidas. A mi hijo no le gustó el chocolate shaken express porque le pareció muy fuerte y lo dejó. Mientras charlábamos, el local se seguía llenando, había fila larga para pedir. En eso se acercó esta chica (que se ve que había notado que esa bebida estaba sin consumir) y nos preguntó si no nos había gustado. Le comentamos que no y le preguntó a mi hijo cual otra prefería y se la trajo enseguida. 💜 Estas actitudes por fuera de lo esperado, que realmente sorprenden, hacen la diferencia.
