Don Otto — Restaurant in Mendoza

We went in for breakfast after being told by the server that they serve breakfast until midnight which is great. On the menu table they also had a smoothie menu, which I grabbed while the server talked to other customers. When he came to take the order I ordered one of the smoothies from the menu, he said they didn’t have anything in that smoothie menu that’s why he didn’t hand it to me and he put it back on the table with all the other menus right at the entrance of the restaurant. My bad. He explained they only had 3 fruits I asked to make a smoothie with all 3 of them and it took some convincing but he agreed to do it. We also ordered scrambled eggs he told me 3 eggs per order, when the order arrived there was barely an egg on each plate. He then told us how much we owed but didn’t have a paper check itemizing the charges. Overall everything we had was good but the service was not good. There are so many other places in Mendoza with great service....

La picada que pedi estaba excelente , le pongo dos estrellas por la moza que la verdad no tenia ganas de trabajar al parecer , muy malas miradas , demoras en pedidos simples... (Estamos hablando de la moza más adulta) , cabe destacar que como mucho eramos 8 clientes ... Estaban más interesadas en charlas entre la cajera y ella... no me dieron factura

Una lastima ya que habia ido hace un par de meses y me atendio un mozo que se veia que tenia exp. y nos atendio excelente.

EN CONCLUCIÓN NO VOY MÁS , NO LO RECOMIENDO

The picada that I ordered was excellent, I give it two stars because of the girl who didn't really want to work apparently, very bad looks, delays in simple orders... (We're talking about the older girl), it should be noted that as there were 8 customers a lot... They were more interested in chats between the cashier and her... they didn't give me an invoice

A pity since I had gone a couple of months ago and a waiter who looked like he had exp attended me. and he treated us excellent.

Este lugar no me gustó. Me senté en las mesas de afuera porque note que tenían el aire acondicionado apagado, así que hice mi pedido al aire libre, sin problema. De repente veo que cierran las puertas y me dejaron afuera sólo a mi. Habían encendido el aire y nadie me avisó. Así que le pedí al camarero que me sirvieran dentro, y dijo: como querás. Es decir...No tenía ni en sus planes más remotos ofrecerle al cliente entrar al área con aire acondicionado. Además el camarero no me asesoró en el plato que pedí y acabé ordenando una cantidad de comida que difícilmente habría podido comer en una sola refacción. En general, muy regular el servicio. No lo recomiendo. Pero, a ellos no les importa esto, así que no se extrañen que les...
