I noticed the big advertising board outside and then saw the restaurant. The meat being cooked on the charcoal grill looked amazing! We decided to enquire inside. It was $250 Arg Peso's per person for all you can eat buffet plus any drinks you order. It was very relaxed, you find a table and then grab a plate and serve yourself from the cold or hot sections of the buffet food. Salad, vegetables and other dishes both seafood and meat options were available. Then you ask for what ever meat you wanted from the grill chef. There was several cuts of steak, chicken, ribs, pork sausages, blood sausage and more. We had the different types of steak and they were all very good, some were a little well done but very nice. I walked pass this place and saw the meat being cooked on the BBQ grill. It looked amazing so decided to try it out.

It's an all you can eat buffet. They charge 13,000 pesos (US$13) per person. They have lots of different salads, vegetables, seafood, and other hot and cold selections, as well as the BBQ meats. There were pork ribs, steak, chicken, pork sausages, blood sausages and more. The steak was of a good quality, tender and tasted great. I ordered a bottle of local wine with my meal which only cost 4,000 pesos (US$4). They had a good selection of deserts and ice cream as well.

La atención es impecable. Fueron muy amables y atentos. La limpieza también es excelente (aunque el baño tenía un olor desagradable bastante fuerte, pero se veía limpio). Como hacía un poco de calor prendieron el aire acondicionado, así que el ambiente también estuvo excelente.

En cuestión de comidas saladas todo parecía de excelente calidad, fresco y rico. El asado viene solo con sal y hay un chimichurri aparte que uno le agrega a gusto. También hay opciones con pescado, cerdo, pastas y ensaladas. Mucha variedad y deliciosa.

Le doy cuatro estrellas porque los postres dejan bastante que desear. Hay muy pocas opciones elaboradas. Más allá del bizcochuelo de chocolate o masa de tarta a los que les agregan dulce de leche o crema o frutas, no hay. Y no estaban muy ricos, la verdad. El helado se defendía, de la marca económica Flipper. A mi parecer, fue la única opción dulce rica aunque no había más de seis gustos. Me habría gustado que incluyeran cheesecake o lemonpie o tartas así, que impliquen cierto nivel de elaboración. Pero, bueno, eso es un inconveniente para quienes amamos más los postres que lo salado.

Cuando se acaba algo lo reponen pronto. Los fines de semana o días festivos se llena hasta y hay que hacer fila para servirse, pero son rápidos.

En bebidas hay gaseosas básicas o variedad de vinos, que se pagan aparte (no están económicas).

En general, lo recomiendo. Como tenedor libre es de los mejores en Mendoza. Se nota que cumplen las normas de higiene y seguridad, lo que no puedo decir de la mayoría de los tenedores libres de acá. Acá las comidas saladas son variadas y riquísimas.
