My husband and I had one of the most spectacular and memorable experiences we have had since the start of our relationship. One of my favorite experiences in Mendoza. This was an intimate dinner with just my friend and I while the hosts explained the food and history of it as they cooked it. We even made our own empanadas. Good way to understand the Argentinian culinary tradition of cooking asado (bbq). Prepare for the meat sweats. We had a very nice evening. Sebastian introduced us to the art of barbecuing in Argentina. Carol taught us a lot about the history of Mendoza as well as the traditional grilling of an asado.
