Parrilla Carlitos — Restaurant in Municipio de El Bolsón

So good we came here twice :)

The Great Carlito was our server both nights. Fantastic bife de chorizo and flan casera. We wandered around looking at all of the new/nice spots in El Bolson but settled here. Simple, plain, spot on Argentine parrilla with good people, affordable prices, and tasty food.

Drink the Happy Hour beer specials at the flashy cervecerias in town, then come...

My friend and I orderd the big plate for two. The chorizo was enjoyable the rest was definitly chewy. There was a dog who was very helpfull in finishing the dish, we had such a fun time (entertaining and practical only if eaten outside as you are close...

Fuimos a comer ayer por la noche, impecable lugar , es chico, pero eso lo hace más personalizado. Muy buen decorado. Atención excelente. En cuanto al menú de parrilla, éramos 4 adultos y 3 menores, pedimos parrillada para dos, más dos porciones por separado, una de cordero y otra de asado. La parrillada excelente, con chinchulines y riñón, asado con hueso (lo mejor, una hermosura...), vacío (aprobado), choris y morci (excelente también), el cordero también riquísimo. Las papas fritas muy sabrosas. Lo mejor de la parrillada: no tiene pollo!

Precio/calidad: un espectáculo, muy buenos precios tanto de la bebida como la comida y más teniendo en cuenta la calidad de los platos.
