Very poor service. We ordered a pizza to share as a starter and two burgers as a main. We made sure to tell the waitress two times that we wanted time to eat the pizza. And still after 10 minutes the burgers were served. We told the other waitress that this was not how we ordered the burgers and she told us the problem might actually be the chef not using the right timing. She offered to take the burgers back but we hate wasting food or reheated food so we took them anyways. Off course the burgers came with fries, but apparently the six waiters that had passed and seen our table don’t eat mayonnaise or ketchup with their fries, nor salt. The burgers were cold and very dry upon eating. Something we had expected the moment they served them too early. When the table next to us left we had finished our food, in spite of that they went with six waiters to clean out the table of the people that left instead of ours while we were still there. From the moment they took our empty plates we waited 15m for them to ask if we wanted a desert or the bill. Because it took them so long we decided to just ask for it. In the meantime one of the six waiters took her time to drink a coffee, the other one organized the mayonnaise, and the other one sat down and talked with the other two. A very effective way to work in a restaurant. After we stood up to pay our food we told the service about our experience. She told us that then we should not go for dinner in Bariloche? My wife ordered the pork ribs and a salad, she said the ribs were very tough and lacked flavor. My wife felt the lettuce for the salad was very old and was inedible, she wasn't able to eat the salad at all.
We interacted with at least four different staff members and although none were directly rude, not one of them was friendly or welcoming. They all gave off the vibe that they hated being there and that the customers were just a nuisance to them.

Después de esperar la media hora/40 minutos que nos dijo para juntar 2 mesas , nos hizo pasar diciendo que tenía una mesa para 3 y otra para 4 una al lado de la otra, cuando llegamos al lugar en el salón, nos quería ubicar en una mesa 4 personas y las otras 3 personas en otra mesa atrás alejada 3 metros , o sea que hibamos a estat distribuidos en diferentes partes del salón, a lo que nuestro comentario fue...= te parece que están una mesa al lado de la otra? Como podemos compartir el momento en diferentes sitios? Fuimos y seguimos esperando afuera mientras hacían pasar a otras personas sin preservar ninguna mesa de 4 , jamás iban a poder unir 2. Después de 1 hr nos fuimos a Manush , nos sentamos enseguida y comimos barbaro y rápido. Moraleja: Falta total de oficio de la persona que ponen para acomodar los comensales. Soy cliente desde hace más de 20 años desde su inicio hasta esta concesión. Les eh mandado infinidad de turismo a comer. Olvidate , lo borro de mis recomendaciones para la gente. Yo si fuera encargado del lugar y me hacen perder una sola mesa de 300mil , los hecho a patadas.... Con un poco más de oficio , invito a esa gente una cerveza, los tranquilizó y hago amena la espera y compenso un poco el error de esa forma... pero que le vas a pedir peras al olmo, no?
