There are restaurants who take popular dishes and try to perfect them. Once in a while, there are restaurants that challenge the status quo and do things in a different way. This restaurant belongs to the latter group and does it in an unbelievable way.
If you are tired of regular dishes and are looking for a refreshing taste in Salta, this is the place to be. Fresh produce of great quality is all you will find here. The burrata is one that could easily compare to one served in Italy. I am still trying to figure out what they did to make the accompanying mushrooms so delightful. All the vegetables have undergone the best care to make it onto a perfectly dressed plate which is presented to you with the greatest care.

This is a place I can recommend to people willing to try new, exciting things. I will forever be...
