Place looks great and maybe be the best in Tigre. But we were disappointed with service - we ordered salad for my wife and dessert for me to be served at the same time - waitress has reconfirmed that we wanted to receive both orders at the same time, however, she has delivered only salad. We have been under impression that remaining order will be delivered soon, so time was passing approached to one hour of waiting. Normally at the restaurant like this you would expect someone to approach and ask how is the food and if we need anything - but this was not the case here. Waitress was out for the few times focused on the other table and we could get her attention. After all, we managed to get in touch with personnel and explained that we have been waiting just too long for the desert - her reply was that she misunderstood - without any regrets or apologies. I would recommend to pay more attention to all the guests. We also have asked for the receipt twice from two different waitresses and never get one - only after going inside and demanding it again we were able to pay. On top of the menu it says that 10% discount is applied if you pay cash without any terms, however, personnel denied this option - we didn’t...

Fairly unassuming exterior leads to a hidden terrace and beautiful, warm interior. Every detail has been studied to create a nice dining experience. No me gusta dejar malas reseñas, iba a escribir en privado al restaurante. Para que mi comentario los ayude a mejorar y no los defenestre publicamente ya que no estoy de acuerdo. Para mi hay veces q suceden cosas malas en los servicios pero siempre hay q dar una segunda chance a q las cosas mejoren. Pero aca en este lugar no vaale la pena. Te das cuenta que al dueño no le importa el trato y el servicio al coemsal. El tena del servicio es un desastre, pero la camarera no tiene la culpa. Es que tenia el salon lleno y la chica no daba abasto. Mientras tanto el dueño viendo esa situacion decidio partir a navegar, con cero preocupacion de como salia todo. 1 persoba en el salon y 1 persona en cocina..????? Atendiendo a 20 personas? Y encima te cobran un cubiero de 300 pesos?? Para almorzar y tardar casi 3 horas?? Es una falta de respeto. Asi que por cosas como esto si te digo que el lugar es caro!!! Lo caro no quiere decir cuanto uno paga, sino que si la pasasre bien y todo fluyo. A mi me parecio caro, ya que tardaron tanto tanto en atendernos, en servirnos los platos en que mezquinaban las salsitas en los platos. Y hasta el plato de langostinos era mezquino.
